Usa-Laptop.com offers a warranty policy that provides a worry free purchase experience for the customers. Please read through this page for all the details.

We provide limited warranty on our refurbished laptops for 6 Months on labor and 6 Months on parts, unless otherwise noted. Warranty is effective from the date of receiving the purchased laptop.

When we receive off-lease laptops or even manufacturer refurbished laptops, we test them out thoroughly. We completely evaluate the laptops including all the hardware components then perform a functional diagnostic test and cosmetically inspect and clean them.

Many of our refurbished laptops are still under their Manufacturer's Warranty. Under the "More Info" link right next to the listings on our website, you can see whether or not the notebook you intend to buy is covered by the Manufacturer's or by Usa-Laptop's Warranty.

If you have a problem with an item that carries a Manufacturer Warranty, you must call the Manufacturer for all Warranty claims. The manufacturer in these cases will be able to help you much faster.

If you purchased the laptop with no operating system installed we will support hardware problems only. Please note: Battery and physical damage of any kind are not covered by this warranty.

REQUESTING WARRANTY SERVICE
Once Warranty Service is requested, Usa-Laptop.com, will repair or replace the defective laptop returned to its facility.

To request Warranty Service, you must contact Usa-Laptop.com, within the warranty period and inform us about the problem. To do so, please email to rma@USA-laptop.com or simply call us at +1 (954) 941-8066.

The first thing we'll try to do is solve your problem(s) over the phone. In most cases it is possible, but unfortunately, not every time. If Warranty Service is required, Usa-Laptop.com will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Here is how to send the laptop back for repair:

  • Safely pack the laptop and all the accessories back into the original box, in which it arrived to you. Please make sure that there is ample protective material around it.
  • Write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Please note that we do not accept shipments without an RMA number. Packages that arrive without the RMA number will be returned.
  • Call a carrier or drop off the box at the nearest shipping facility. We suggest you to use FedEx, UPS, Airborne or DHL to ship the laptop back to us. These companies provide you a tracking number at the time of shipping so please keep that number as a proof that you sent the laptop back to us.
  • Make sure that you insure the laptop for the amount of your original purchase price. It is your responsibility to make sure that we receive the laptop and that it arrives without any physical damage. If it gets lost or stolen or gets damaged during shipping, the insurance is the only way to get reimbursed.
  • Also please prepay the shipping of the laptop. The shipping cost is your responsibility while the laptop travels towards us and we will be responsible for the shipping charges when it will go back to you.

Once your laptop is received here at Usa-Laptop.com, it will be evaluated and tested for the specific problem you described. Usa-Laptop.com's opinion decides whether we repair or replace the laptop(s).

UPGRADE POLICY
We understand that sometimes the customer realizes that the laptop he/she has chosen does not meet with the requirements that it was purchased for. If that's the case, please don't be afraid to call us and ask about the upgrade possibilities. Based on the time you've had the laptop we'll calculate its value and it can be returned for credit towards a future purchase. Please note that the same shipping conditions apply as described above.

RETURN POLICY
If the laptop that you purchased from us works fine, but you don't like it for some reason, you can send it back to us and receive store credit within 7 days of the date on your Invoice. Your return must be authorized by one of our sales reprasentatives and you can use your store credit to buy a notebook from our company in the future.

If you don't want to buy another notebook from us, we can take back the laptop and issue you a refund. In this case we have to charge a 20% restocking fee.
